1 & 1/2 lbs. codfish fillets
1/4 cup olive oil &1 tsp. each taragon, salt, pepper & garlic powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. mixed veggies
4-5 cups creamy mashed potatoes
Butter, salt & pepper to taste. Bake 20 min.5 min. on broil.

Spray a 9x13" glass baking dish with pam. Pour in about 1/8 cup olive oil & 1/2 of spices. Place in fish. Brush with remaining 1/8 cup olive oil & remaining spices. Cover with veggies. Pour soup over all & spread with creamy, mashed potatoes. Bake about 20 min. at 350º. Broil for another5 min.
