1 1/2 sticks butter
2 cups vanilla wafers (crumbled)
6 tablespoons Hershey’s cocoa
1/4 cup sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup Skor English toffee, broken into small pieces
1 cup finely chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 13 x 9 pan with Pam. Melt butter in oven, being careful not to burn it. Combine vanilla wafers, cocoa and sugar and sprinkle over the melted butter. Pour condensed milk evenly over the vanilla wafers. Top with chocolate chips, toffee and then nuts. Press lightly. Bake 25 minutes, cool completely and cut into bars.

Chill, if desired or store at room temperature.
