1 tbsp. olive oil
2 medium butternut squash[about 2 lb. each], peeled, seeded & cut into chunks
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
2cans[10 oz./284ml.each] chicken broth
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream,divided

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add squash, onion & garlic; cook 10-15 min. until tender-crisp stirring occasionally. Add allspice; cook & stir 1 min.
Add chicken broth; bring to boil. Cover; reduce heat to low. Simmer 15 min. or until squash is tender. Add, in batches,to food processor container; cover. Blend until smooth. Return to saucepan;cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.Add 1 tbsp sour cream to each serving; swirl slightly. Serve.
