Ingredients:
1 3# Chuck Roast
1/3 C. Wine Vinegar
1/4 C Catsup
2 Tbs Veg Oil
2 Tbs Soy Sauce
1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Prepared Mustard
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4/tsp Garlic Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in a shallow baking dish. Thoroughly combine remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over roast and marinate 2-3 hours, turning twice. Place meat on grill about 6 inches from heat. Turn and baste with marinade every 10 to 15 min. Grill over medium coals about 35 to 45 min for a med-rare roast.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I often make a larger roast and always want more marinade so I most often double the recipe.
Also, this is really good in the oven as well! Cover it with foil (or a lid) and cook slow at about 325 for about 1 1/2 hours for a 4# roast.
