2 c Flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c margarine
1 c brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2/3 c evaporated milk
1/2 c finely chopped walnuts
1 c apples pealed & chopped
1/2 c mini chocolate ships

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and nutmeg and set aside. Cream butter and brown sugar, blend in vanilla and egg. continue mixing while adding dry ingredients alternating with milk. Stir in nuts, apple and chocolate chips. Drop mixture with teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake @ 375 for 12-15 minutes. Cool and Glaze

Glaze:
2 c powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 3 tablespoons melted butter & evaporated milk.
Sift powder sugar and cinnamon together add melted butter and enough milk to make spreading consistency.

Glaze cookies after cooling.
