2 C. cooked drained yellow squash (mashed)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 medium carrots, grated
1 small jar pimentos
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together and season with salt and pepper.

In casserole, melt 1 stick of butter and mix with Pepperidge Farm stuffing.

Take out 3/4 cup stuffing for top. Line bottom of dish with remainder. Add squash mixture. Place remaining crumbs on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
