3 1/4 Tablespoons thyme
3 1/4 Tablespoons oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons of black peppercorns
3 tsp. of Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning
3 tsp. garlic powder

Mix and then rub on the Turkey on top and under the skin.
