Kosher salt or seasoning salt
Olive oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.
Wash and cut kale into chip sized pieces.
Toss in a larger bowl with a dash of salt and a little olive oil.
Spread on baking sheet. You can layer the kale if needed.
Bake for 7-10 minutes (until crunchy).
Finally, the most important step: eat it fast, because it's great!

You can also try experimenting with other seasoning to find your favorite flavor. Some spices to try: paprika, onion salt, garlic salt, pepper, or... be creative!
