2 T butter or margarine
1 medium green pepper, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 can (14.5oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 cup dry white wine (cooking wine)
1/2 t Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1/2 t Lawry's Seasoned Pepper
1/4 t Lawry's Garlic Powder with Parsley
1/4 t dried thyme, crushed
1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 can (2 1/4oz) sliced ripe olives, drained

Directions:
In large skillet, melt butter/margarine and saute pepper, onion, and celery. Add remaining ingredients except shrimp and olives; blend well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add shrimp and olives; cook 10 minutes or until shrimp are pink. Serve over hot rice.
