1/2 t salt
2 1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 t baking soda
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 cup margarine or butter
2 t vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts
9 oz bag Rolo candy
1 T sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. In a large bowl beat 1 cup sugar, brown sugar and margarine til fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs; beat well. Add salt, cocoa, baking soda; mix well. Add flour 1 cup at a time; mix well. Mix walnuts with 1 T sugar on wax paper or in bowl. Scoop dough into a ball, press Rolo into dough and cover Rolo completely with dough. Press one side of bal onto walnut mixture. Place nut side up 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 374 for 10 minutes. Cool 2-3 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
