2 lbs stew meat
6 carrots
4 Yukon gold potatoes
2 celery stalks, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 can Campbell's beefy mushroom soup
1 can Campbell's French onion soup
1 envelope French's beef stew seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in 2 T oil, remove from pan. Cook onions and celery in same pan until onions are soft and translucent. Add meat and seasoning packet to pan; pour in soups with enough water to measure 4 cups of liquid. Simmer 2 hours covered. Add carrots and potatoes, simmer in covered pan until meat and vegetables are soft.
