1 can (15 oz) black beans - drained, rinsed, mashed
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/3 cup whole kernel corn
1/4 cup thick, chunky salsa
1 clove garlic, pressed
2 T snipped fresh cilantro/parsley
1/4 t salt
1/8 t ground pepper
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
2 egg whiles, lightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mash beans, add onion, corn, salsa, garlic, cilantro, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add bread crumbs and egg whites to bean mixture. Mix well. Form into patties. Heat skillet to medium heat; lightly spray. Cook patties for 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned, turning once.
