Large beef brisket
Marinade: 1 small bottle reduced sodium soy sauce
2 beef bouillion cubes dissolved in 1 cup hot water
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 t garlic powder

Sauce: 2 cups ketchup
8 T Worcestershire sauce
8 T brown sugar
8 T cider vinegar
4 tsp liquid smoke

Mix marinade ingredients. Pour over beef in large zip lock bag or 9x13 pan. Marinate 24 hours, turning once. Pour off and discard when done. Sprinkle meat with paprika. Wrap tightly in foil, sealing edges and place in 9x13 pan. Roast 4 hours at 325. Take out and cool (a must). When cool, slice and place back in foil in pan. Cover with your favorite BBQ sauce or make recipe for sauce. Cover again tightly with foil. Bake one more hour at 300. Serves 6-8 with some leftovers. To make sauce, mix ingredients; stir well, pour 1/2 over beef before sealing and rebaking. Serves with remaining sauce on side.
