1 beef brisket (4 1/2-5 pounds)
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
2 T brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Directions:
Trim visible fat from brisket. In large recloseable bag, combine remaining ingredients. Add brisket and seal bag. Refrigerate overnight. Place brisket and marinade in 9x13 pan, cover with foil and bake at 325 for 3-31/2 hours or until tender. Remove mean from pan, wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate. Pour juice into container with lid and refrigerate. When cool, slice brisket diagonally across grain into 1/4 inch slices. Remove hardened fat from the top of the juice. Arrange meat in shallow container with lid and pour juice over top. Refrigerate until serving time. Makes 10-12 sandwiches.
