One can of chicken or vegetable broth, diluted with 1 cup of water.
1-2 slices of ginger
1-2 T. soy sauce
1/4-1 tsp. sugar (to taste)

spinach
green onions
water chestnuts
kale

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer broth, water, ginger, soy, and sugar for 10 minutes. Add any of the vegetables above (or any of your favorites), to broth and cook for at least 1 minute, or more, depending on how crisp you like your vegis.
