4 cloves garlic, minced
2 bunches green onions, chopped
2/3 c chicken stock/bouillion

Directions:
Heat 1 T oil in skillet. Add shrimp and saute until cooked. Remove shrimp. Add 2 T oil and cook parsey, green onion, garlic, and spices/seasonings for approx 3 minutes. Add wine and chicken stock. Increase heat and simmer until reduced by half (approx 8 minutes). Reduce heat to low and whisk in 3 T butter. Return shrimp to skillet to heat through. Cook linguine al dente. Drain and add 1 T butter. Add herb/shrimp mix to pasta. Mix well. Let sit 5-10 minutes so pasta absorbs some of the liquid. Serve with parmesan cheese.
