About 1 cup of raw pumpkin seeds (this is a run one for the kids to get the seed out and rinse them)
1 tsp chili powder (make sure it is fairly fresh chili powder loses its flavor over time)
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1-2 tsp lime juice (another kid favorite to squeeze the limes)
1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper is optional. If it ends up not spicy add more and too spicy just leave out.

Preheat oven to 350º

In a medium bowl combine all ingredients and toss until combined.

Spread on a baking sheet with sides so they don't all slide off in the oven.

Bake about 8-10 minutes. You will know they are done when they become brown and lightly puff.

Cool then enjoy!
