2 lbs chicken cutlets (thin)
1lg can frenches onions
1 tub whipped cream cheese w/chives
1/2 c chicken broth
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
cut cutlets thin, beat 2 eggs & coat cutlets,then in a zip lock bag crush onions & coat cutlets. fry cutlets & then set aside on paper towel to drain. discard some oil and to that oil add all cream cheese and slowly add some chicken broth , not too much you want it a little thick. add salt and pepper to taste. make some uncle bens wild rice. place chicken on plate and pour gravy over chicken and rice. enjoy
