1 cup butter
1/2 cup Karo
1 tsp vanilla

Cook first three ingredients over medium heat until it reaches a caramel color. (watch carefully it will burn quickly after reaching the caramel color. Take off of heat and add vanilla and pour over nuts and popcorn.
