Tomatoes

Balsamic Vinegar
Garlic Baguette (we used Trader Joe’s par-baked baguette)

Directions:
Preheat oven 450. Chop a bunch of tomatoes. Add a bunch of basil. Mix together. Splash with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Cut up the loaf of bread into ˝ inch slices.
Brush with a bit of olive oil and top with pressed/minced garlic. Put bread on a cookie sheet and toast in the oven 5-7 minutes, until edges begin to brown. Serve tomato mixture alongside bread. To eat, place a spoonful of tomato onto bread.
