1 dozen calamata figs
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp honey
2 tbls brown sugar
2tbls butter
2 tbls frangelico liquor

Directions:
Directions:
Slice figs and prepare for stuffing

Small Sauce Pan Prepare stuffing
Melt butter, add spices, nuts, honey, and liquor - stir over low for a couple of minutes - remove

Stuff Figs with warm mixture, place on baking sheet for 10-12 minutes, and bake at 350º.

Serve with roasted chestnuts and champagne!
