Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 large pkg tri-colored pasta
1 large can sliced black olives
1 jar sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil
1-3 cloves fresh garlic
1 bunch fresh basil leaves
1 T balsamic vinegar
1t. hot chili oil
dash black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the noodles, drain. When they have cooled down, add the can of sliced olives (make sure you drain all the liquid from the can). Add the sun-dried tomatoes; if they aren't already cut, cut them into small pieces, then add the entire jar, including the oil. Use a garlic press or finely cut garlic cloves (you might want to use a little first and taste it before adding all the garlic!). Finely chop basil leaves and add to salad along with the vinegar, chili oil and pepper. The secret to this salad is to taste a little bit as you go along. Add more of this or that to get the best flavor. Enjoy!

I was requested to add this recipe specifically for Britt! I hope you all enjoy it! Great accompaniment to BBQ fare. Tastes even better the next day
