4 eggs
1 cup oil
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp anise flavoring
Confectionery sugar
Milk

Directions:
With a fork, mix the 4 eggs and 1 cup of sugar. Add and mix in 1 cup of oil. Add the anise flavoring and mix all ingredients well with fork. Add 2 1/2 cups of flour and 1 1/4 tsp baking powder. Mix all ingredients until well blended.

Cover a large cookie sheet with heavy duty foil. Fold the foil to make two "tracks" each 3" wide. to do this, cut a fairly large piece of heavy duty foil. Place it on the cookie sheet and "crimp" the sheet to make two rows 3" wide each. Spray the foil with Pam before filling. Fill each row with the cookie batter.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cookies will not brown on top. Test with toothpick to make sure center is dry. If wet, cook an additional 5 minutes.

Frosting:
Mix confectionery sugar with milk. Add a few drops of anise flavoring. Use food coloring to color frosting if desired. Brush tops of cooled cookies. Sprinkle with candy sprinkles if desired. Allow to cool and frosting to harden slightly. Cut cookies on the diagonal.
