1 banana
1/2 apple
1 kiwi peeled
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup unsweetened orange juice
1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup tofu
3 T. unsalted natural peanut butter
2 T. aloe vera juice
2 T. flaxseed oil
2 T. hemp hearts

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender combine all the fruit with the orange juice. Blend till smooth. Add soy milk, yogurt, tofu, peanut butter, aloe vera juice, flaxseed oil and hemp hearts. Blend again until well mixed. Enjoy.
