Seasoned pepper
Garlic Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Soak deer meat in a mixture of egg, milk, soy sauce and Worchestershire sauce for most of the day in the refrigerator. Mix seasonings (whichever seasonings you prefer - these are just the ones I use regularly) with flour and then roll deer meat in seasoned flour. Heat oil in skillet and fry the meat slowly, as it has a tendency to be tough.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Leah uses a meat tenderizer mallet on the meat before soaking it, and also adds a little seasoned meat tenderizer to the flour mixture since the deer meat does have a tendency to be tough.
