1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 large eggs, slightly beaten
3 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. cocoa
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 can Eagle Brand
2 c. coconut
Frosting:
1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. cocoa
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Stir in cocoa, flour, and nuts. Mix well. Spread batter evenly into greased and floured 13x9 pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. In a small bowl, mix Eagle Brand and coconut. Spread on top of crust and bake an additional 18 to 20 minutes. Frost with Chocolate Frosting immediately. When cool, cut into squares.
Frosting: In microwave, melt butter. Add cocoa and stir until smooth. Add powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Beat until ingredients are well mixed.
