1 box lemon cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
4 eggs
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. poppy seed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat eggs several minutes. Add cake mix, pudding mix, water, and oil. Beat for 2 minutes. Fold in poppy seeds. Bake 35-45 minutes in a Bundt pan. Cool for 10 minutes. Remove to finish cooling.
