1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. bananas, mashed
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients together and mix. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour in loaf pans that have been well greased and floured (or coated well with cooking spray - that's the Denise way!). Bake 1 hour at 350º, but Denise starts checking it a lot earlier...around 35-40 minutes!
