3 cans (15.5oz) Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
4 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
3 cups chicken (chopped and cooked) -- about 1lb
2 cans (4oz) diced green chili peppers, un-drained
1 cup chopped onion
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried cilantro, crushed
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 handfuls fresh spinach
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup frozen peas
Sour Cream -for garnish
Monterey Jack Cheese - for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
In a 3 1/2 to 5 quart slow cooker, combine beans, chicken broth, chicken, un-drained chili peppers, onion, garlic, cumin, cilantro, cayenne pepper, spinach,corn and peas.

Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 8 to 10 hours or on high-heat for 4 to 5 hours.

When cooked through garnish servings with sour cream and cheese
