2#ground beef
1 cup Parm/Romano Mix grated cheese
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 T.garlic powder
2 T. chopped onion (dad uses the dehydrated ones)
2 eggs
1/4-1/2 water (Aunt Vivian)

Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients. Form into meatballs. Vicki DiRosa,Gary's wife, said it is the soft touch of forming the meatballs that make them great. I tried this and it made a world of difference.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes then turn for ten more minutes. Freeze or put in sauce.

Don't forget to drink your homemade wine while you are making these meatballs. I used a little red wine in place of the water
