3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
3 c. peeled, diced apples
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla and beat 1 minute at medium speed. Set aside. Combine flour, soda, salt, and spices and gradually add to sugar mixture. (Batter will be very thick.) Dredge in apples and nuts. Spoon into a greased and floured Bundt cake pan and bake at 350º for about 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
