3 pkgs. ready-to-make cornbread
1/2 loaf white bread (or biscuits)
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
salt to taste
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
8 c. chicken or turkey broth
3 heaping tsp. sage
2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Follow the directions on the ready-to-make cornbread packages. Crumble cornbread into bowl with 1/2 loaf of bread. Add 6 eggs. Saute onions and celery in butter and add to bread mixture. Put in 8 cups of broth, the sage, the pepper and salt to taste. Cook in covered, greased casserole dish approximately 35 - 40 minutes. Serves 20.
