1/4 plus 2 TLB Flour
1 1/3 cups milk chocolate coarsely chopped, melted and cooled slightly
Whipped Cream

Preheat the oven to 325º. Insert liners into mini or medium size cupcake pans. In a large bowl beat together the eggs and flour with an electric mixer on medium speed. Add the melted chocolate. Beat until combined. Fill the cupcake liners three-quarters full. Bake mini cupcakes for 7-10 in and medium cupcakes for 12-15 minutes or until cakes are set but the centers still shake. Cool in the pan for 20 min. The centers will set into a mousse. When cool, top with whipped cream
