1/2 cup whipping cream
1 TLB unsalted butter
8 oz white chocolate, chopped
1 TLB Mint flavoring

Bring the cream and butter to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the butter melts. Remove from heat. Add the white chocolate. Stir until melted. Mix in the mint. Cool at room temperature 2 hours.
