2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup protein powder or hemp hearts
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup dried cranberries or other dried fruit
1/2 cup slivered almonds or any other nuts or seeds
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. maple syrup, honey or brown sugar (opt.)
2 cups water or milk
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º F.
Spray nonstick oil on casserole dish or 9 by 12 cake pan.
Combine all ingredients and bake uncovered for 40 min.
Cut into squares and add your favourite yogurt/fresh berries on top....or eat alone as an snack or energy bar.
