3 cans blackeyed peas (rinse well)
1 can mexican corn
5 jalapeno slices chopped
3 green onions chopped
1/2 small red onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 can of rotel
1 tsp garlic powder
1 medium bottle of Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients EXCEPT italian dressing and garlic powder. Mix dressing and garlic powder together and pour over veggies. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight. Serve with fritos or crackers.
