1 lb of Velveeta
1 10oz pkg frozen chopped spinach
1/2 of a 8oz pkg of cream cheese
1 can of rotel
8 slices of bacon
Directions:
Directions:
Cut velveeta into cubes in a large microwaveable bowl, add thawed and drained spinach, cream cheese cut up, rotel with juices and crispy crumbled bacon. Microwave on high for 5 min. or until cheese has completely melted, stir after 3 min. Serve hot with chips or veggies.
