1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper (optional)
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/3 cup ketchup
1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic pepper
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 hamburger buns, split
1 Tablespoon butter - softened

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the ground beef, onion, and red pepper. Cook until beef is browned, and drain off excess grease. Stir in the brown sugar, vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, and chili sauce. Season with cloves, garlic pepper, cayenne pepper and salt. Simmer for 30 minutes on low. Butter the inside and broil 4 buns. Add meat sauce and serve.
