5 pounds potatoes
2 pounds bacon, cooked,and crumbled
1 large onion, minced
3 celery stalks, minced
1/3 red apple, minced

1 package Good Seasoning zesty Italian
(mix as directed, using Heinz apple vinegar, and veg. Oil)

Note: I boil the potatoes the day before and chill overnight.

Cube the potatoes, mix in all ingredients, and pour salad dressing over it just to cover lightly, and chill. About an hour later check your salad and add, more dressing (if needed)

This is my own recipe, and have made it for years. It is just a take off of what Nana showed me, only easier, since I never got the spices right, Good Seasoning was the answer.
