1 box of cake mix
20 flat bottomed ice cream cones

Prepare cake mix as instructed. Use an ice cream scooper and ladle mixture into ice cream cones. Fill about half way. Place cones in a muffin pan with a coil of foil around each to stabalize. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool.
Using a star shaped decorating tip, fill icing bag with 2 12oz cans of whipped vanilla frosting (or your own). Pipe the frosting on the cones to look like swirled ice cream. Place sprinkles on if desired
