1 lb cooked macaroni (elbow or shells)
3-4 ribs of celery, diced (use the green tops also)
1/2-1 onion (per taste)
1 can baby corn (cut into 1" chunks)
4 cans drained tuna
1/2 lb cooked, chopped shrimp (optional)
1 c lowfat plain yogurt
1 c mayonnaise
4 tb curry powder (add more to taste)
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper (add more to taste)
1/2 tb cumin
1 tsp salt
1 container of crumbled goat cheese (add more to taste)

Add the vegetables and the macaroni to mixing bowl, stir well. Add the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl, stir well to combine. Taste for seasoning adjustments. Pour the entire bowl over the pasta and stir well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (to allow seasonings to blend)

This is my own creation, so feel free to play with the spice combo. The goat cheese is what sets the dressing off in flavor.
