2 c. biscuit/baking mix
1 c. yellow cornmeal
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. butter, melted
1 c. half-and-half cream

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. In another bowl, combine eggs, butter, and cream; stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened. Spread into a greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes.
