2 pkgs. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix
1 ½ c. chopped fresh broccoli
1 ½ c. shredded raw carrots
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a cookie sheet. Press or roll dough into pan, sealing all edges together. Bake at 350º until light brown. Cool. Combine cream cheese and dressing mix in a bowl, mixing well. Spread over cooled crust. Top with vegetables, then cheese, and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.

I use the reduced fat crescent rolls and cream cheese and use 2% cheddar cheese to help cut back on fat and calories a little.
