Dissolve (1) beef bouillon cube in (1) c. hot water.
1 lb. round steak, cut into 1 in. strips.
1 med. onion chopped
1 clove garlic crushed, or minced garlic, or garlic powder sprinkled
2 T. catsup
1 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 8 oz. carton sour cream

Cut steak into (1) inch strips. Salt, pepper and lightly flour steak. Brown in 2 T. oil. Add water/ bouillon mixture, catsup and mushrooms. Simmer about an hour until tender. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve over hot cooked buttered and lightly salted noodles.
