1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/3 c. onion, chopped
3/4 c. corn flake crumbs
2 Tbsp. barbeque sauce
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

TOPPING
1/2 c. celery slices
2 Tbsp. margarine, divided
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 4-oz. can mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. corn flake crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredients lightly and press onto bottom and sides of a 9" pie plate. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Reduce heat to 350º. Topping: Saute celery slices in 1 Tbsp. margarine and add celery, cheese and mushrooms, tossing lightly. Spoon into hot meat shell. Melt remaining margarine and combine with 1/4 cup corn flake crumbs. Sprinkle over cheese mixture and return to oven and continue baking at 350º for 10 minutes.
