1 1/2 cups butter
1 3/4 cups flour
3/4 cup icing sugar
Filling:
4 large eggs slightly beaten
1 1/3 cups sugar
3 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup milk

Sift flour and icing sugar, cut in butter (like pastry). Pat into9x13 pan and bake 16-18 minutes at 350º
Filling:
Whisk in order given and pour over hot base. Reduce oven to 325º and continue baking about 18 minutes, until filling is set and edges slightly golden. Cool completely and dust with icing sugar.

Can line pan with parchment paper and remove entire square when cooled. You can also use 3/4 cup lemon juice and 1/4 cup milk for tarter filling.
