1 loaf of frozen bread dough (Rhodes dough)
1/2 pound of Italian sausage
1/2 pound of lean ground beef
3 eggs
1/2 yellow onion finely chopped
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp rosemary
1 1/2 C muenster cheese
1/2 C Parmesan cheese (finely grated0

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage & ground beef with onion. Let cool slightly then add in eggs (reserve a little egg to brush over top of bread before baking. Add in seasonings On a lightly floured counter, roll out soft dough to make a large rectangle and evenly spread out the sausage and ground beef. Then sprinkle the cheese over the dough. Roll the bread up so it forms a tube with the ingredients inside. Then seal the edges. Cut 1 inch slits in the top of the roll. Cover and let rise until double in size. Bake the bread at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool and eat.

This is a very straight forward recipe. I always make double the meat and then put it in the freezer. I usually make homeade bread dough, but the Rhodes dough works just as well.
