1/12 C sugar
1 C butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 C sour cream
5 C all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

1 8 oz package cream cheese
2 tbsp evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
4 C confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together 1/12 c. sugar, butter,1 tsp vanilla and eggs. Add sour cream. Mix together 5 c flour, 1/2 tsp salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Gradually add to the egg-sugar mixture. Cover and chill dough for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Roll out dough on lightly floured surface to 1/4 inch thick. Cut out cookies. Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet for 10-12min. To make frosting: In small bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat together the softened cream cheese and evaporated milk until smooth. Add 1 tsp vanilla, 1/8 tsp salt and confectioner's sugar. Beat until well blended.
