2 c. Flour
2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Oil
1 c. Water
4 T. Cocoa
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 sq. Butter (1/2 c)
1/2 c. Buttermilk
1 tsp. Soda
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla

Icing
6 T. Butter
4 T. Cocoa
6 T. Milk
1/2 c. Nuts
2 1/2 c. Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 c. Marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, salt and sugar into mixing bowl. Set aside. Mix together oil, water, butter, and cocoa and bring to a boil. Add to flour mixture and mix well. Dissolve soda in buttermilk and add. Add eggs and vanilla. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes.

ICING:
Combine butter, cocoa and milk. Bring to a boil. Turn off and add powdered sugar. Mix with beaters. Add vanilla, nuts and marshmallows. Frost cake immediately.

This was Grandma's favorite cake to have on her birthday.

*Note from Tiffany: This is my favorite cake and my mom make's it for my birthday. I also believe Brooke has it for her birthday too.
