Chicken Pieces
Flour, salt and pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
3/4 c. Water
1 sm. can Mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and pepper. Coat chicken pieces with flour mixture. Brown chicken in hot oil then put in
casserole dish. In leftover grease, saute celery and onion. Add mushroom soup, water and mushrooms, and cook until bubbly and hot. Pour over chicken in casserole. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 to 2 hours depending on amount of chicken. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
